Hi Everyone,
OK, so it’s been nearly 6 years since I last posted to my blog (which was all around my first ever marathon) and over 10 years since I first ever blogged (“Being an new father” – I’ll revisit that post in the coming weeks!).
Towards the back-end of 2016 when I was planning my goals for the year ahead and beyond, I decided I’d start blogging again to share my experiences and at the same time get some branding for myself, ready for a new, fresh website (old website available at 2010.bencrowley.co.uk).
And here it is, new branding, new blog and regular words of wisdom I gain through life experience, and others I read or hear about, be it work, web or life related or a mixture!
